Healthy cooking class with Vittoria from Healthy Eating Fiji.

Participants will learn how to cook a delicious 4-course dinner using local plants. All the recipes will be gluten, lactose and egg-free, vegan and easy to prepare.

After a short explanation on the nutritional characteristics of the different ingredients, participants will create a 4-course fine dining meal using Fijian superfoods. On the menu: pineapple and turmeric shot, pea puree with sauteed watercress, rourou & coconut risotto and banana & cacao semifreddo.
