Healthy Eating Workshop: Vegan Crêpes

Cook and taste!

Participants will learn how to cook a delicious brunch using local plants. All the recipes will be gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and easy to prepare. After a short explanation on the nutritional characteristics of the different ingredients, participants will prepare their own smoothies and pancakes (sweet and savoury). At the end of the workshop, participants will eat brunch all together on the terrace of the Alliance Française.

Vittoria Pasca is an Italian nutritionist and healthy food blogger specialized in vegetarian diets. She lives in Suva, where she created Healthy Eating, a business promoting healthy nutrition and lifestyles. 

She likes cooking with local plants and creating nutritious recipes that she shares on her Facebook page “Healthy Eating Fiji”. She combines different ingredients to make sure meals are balanced and nutrients are well absorbed.

On top of giving cooking lessons, she also offers nutrition advice to individuals and companies and participates in outreach activities to prevent NCDs.
