 Healthy Eating Workshop - Cooking with Local Plants 
Theme: Tropical Veggie Burgers

Participants will learn how to prepare a delicious veggie burger using local plants. All the recipes will be lactose-free, vegan and easy to prepare. 

After a short explanation on the nutritional characteristics of the different ingredients, participants will prepare their own veggie burger. 

At the end of the workshop, participants will eat dinner all together on the terrace of the Alliance Française.
