Italian Cooking Class | Theme: Hand made pastas and eggplants (non-veg)
On Wednesday 27 June from 11 AM to 2 PM at Alliance Française de Suva

Cook and taste!

Participants will learn how to cook a delicious italian meal with Valerio from Italy:
Starter: Eggplants "Caponata" typical sweet-and-sour recipe from the South of Italy
Main course: Homemade italian pasta (Fettuccine) with (real) Bolognese sauce
At the end of the workshop, participants will have lunch all together on the terrace of the Alliance Française. One glass of wine is included
