THEME: Scrambled tofu on pancake, sweet and savoury salad, choco-peanut energy balls 

DESCRIPTION:

Participants will learn how to cook a delicious brunch using local plants. All the recipes will be gluten, lactose, egg and cholesterol-free, vegan and easy to prepare. After a short explanation on the nutritional characteristics of the different ingredients, participants will prepare their own brunch and eat all together on the terrace of the Alliance Française (NB: the menu contains peanuts!)
