French Cooking Class with Chef Christophe Dumas

French cooking class with Chef Christophe Dumas | On Thursday 17th May | From 5 to 8 PM

We invite you to learn how to cook a Tahitian salad/ Ceviche/ Kokonda, a Baked Fish and a dessert with Chef Christophe Dumas. Together with a professional chef you will create your own 3  course meal (starter + main course + dessert). After 2 hours course,  participants will enjoy their meals for a dinner on the terrace (one glass of wine provided).

Venue : Alliance Française of Suva

Entrance : 60 FDJ $ all included - limited to 8 people

About Christophe Dumas

Christophe grew up in the kitchen in which his mother was a chef. From kitchen hand to commis and more learning, he went later in a french catering school for 5  years. Meanwhile and afterwards he kept working in the good industry for small gastronomic restaurants or big company as Accor or Hilton. Then teacher, he have taught for 15 years as a chef in catering school in Komoros , Paris and Wallis & Futuna. From Wallis, he discovered Fiji in 2006 and liked it very much. He settled in Fiji in 2008 and never left since ! Now, he is running a small catering business - fresh and healthy food - and also start a organic farm in Naitasiri. His motto? Food is a serious matter, it 's pleasure, it's art, but first of all it's health. To keep us fresh and alive we need fresh food.
