Once again this year, the Alliance Française de Suva presents its annual Beaujolais Nouveau Evening.

As French people do, we will have the occasion to taste wine from France with a typical French cuisine menu, composed by a Vichyssoise Soup with chives and garlic bread, Coq-au-vin (chicken braised with wine, lardons & mushrooms), and Mousse au chocolat (desert). The evening will all along be accompanied with French music, while also tasting French cheese and a range of assorted French wine vintages and obviously the famous Beaujolais.
