Indo-Fijian Storytelling celebrates Eid Al Fitr عيد الفطر‎‎


Wednesday 13th July. 5.30 pm. Free entrance. Followed by some Indo-Fijian Eid Al Fitr pastries.

After having hosted French, Fijian and Pacific (Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Tonga) storytelling, we welcome this month an Indo-Fijian tale to take part of the celebration of Eid Al Fitr, celebrated by Muslims worldwide to mark the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. In Fiji, around 7% of the population is Muslim (and around 16% of Indo-Fijian are).

Tale is in English with also Hindi and Arabic vocabulary. Kids are specially welcome !
